                                        SHIPPING & BILLING

 

1. Which company are the packages shipped through ?

Our domestic packages are shipped through USPS ( United States Postal services). We ship international packages through DHL. Naturesbeautibar is not responsible for international custom fees. This must be paid by the customer if required to pick up the package.

2. How long does shipping take ?

We try to get all orders shipped out within 4-7 business days, it usually takes less time than that, but due to our products being natural and handmade in small batches, there may be instances where we have to make the products on short notice so please allow 7- 10 days before reaching out on the status of an order. International shipping can take up to 7-21 business days

3. What is your Shipping Process ?

As we work diligently to ensure quality of these handmade products, we ask that once your order is place, please allow 4-7 business days for the processing of the order before it is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to upload in the system.

4. How much is shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size of the product and the destination. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $60 dollars and above.

5. When will my order arrive ?

Once your order is processed, it will ship out in 1-2 business days as long as its not back ordered due to inventory levels. Once shipped, your order should arrive in 5-10 business days so long as all addresses are entered correctly.

6. I made a mistake in shipping address, can i change it ?

Please send us an email immediately to info@naturesbeautibar.com and type "Wrong Shipping Address " as soon as you can in order to make a change to shipping address. Most the orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after you place the order, so its imperative for us to make changes as soon as possible. We can only edit the shipping address of orders placed within 4-8 hours due to possible same-day processing and shipping. Email us to make this change asap .

 7. Where are my orders coming from?

Your naturesbeautibar orders are all shipped from our warehouse in the United States

8. Do you ship to P.O Boxes ?

Yes we do ship to P.O Boxes, please make sure you double check your address before placing your order.

9.Can i cancel my order after i placed it ?

Yes, if your order has not shipped. Email us at support@alaviskin.com to process the cancellation. 

10. I placed an order but i never received a confirmation email but my card was charged

Please email us immediately at info@naturesbeautibar.com

11. What do i do if i never received my order ?

If you've received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation and see active tracking history on your USPS tracking number , please contact your local carrier for more information .

My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received anything.  

As soon as the tracking on your order is updated to "Delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from A'lavi Skin to inform you of the delivery. Occasionally, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you received a delivery notice, only to find your package is nowhere to be found, here is some information you should now:

"Says Delivered"

If you receive this notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the doorstep, here are some things to know, organized by carrier

What to do is your order was shipped USPS FIRST CLASS:

USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day


Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information .


If the package does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Naturesbeautibar cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding. (Read our Refund Policy)

Naturesbeautibar cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding. 

Things NOT to do:

Panic - we receive messages quite often from concerned customers who have received a "Delivery" notice, only to find their package is nowhere. Without fail, the package is usually delivered a few days later, or a notice from their post office is found in the mailbox.

1. What if i am dissatisfied with my product, what can be done ?

We make it our top priority to offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you encounter any issues with your product or you are simply not happy with your product, kindly send us an email to info@naturesbeautibar.com with your order number and the product you are dissatisfied with and we will try our best to resolve it for you.

2. Can men use your products ?

Absolutely, all our products are unisex. Just find a scent that works for you. We have a variety of products formulated for manly smells.

3. What do i do if a product is sold out ?

Unfortunately we do not have specific restock dates.You may sign up for restock notifications via our website

4. Where can i buy your products ?

We only sell products online @naturesbeautibar.com. We do not have a storefront where products are sold.

5. Where is the company located?

7. Can i add products on to my order once it is completed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to the order once it is completed

8. Do you offer free samples ?

Of-course, We do with qualifying purchases !

 

9. Are naturesbeautibar products vegan ?

Most of our products are vegan, none of our products are made from tallow or any other animal fats. All the oils in our products are plant based oils, However, Our Ohemaa Yoni bar is made with goat’s milk.

10. What are the ingredients in naturesbeautibar soaps?

Our base formula is pretty much the same across every single soap and comprises of the following ingredients. Every batch of soap includes the following ingredients:

11. What are the ingredients in your Shea butter soaps ?

13. Where are Naturesbeautibar products made?

Some of our natural soaps are made right here in the beautiful United States of America. Our Shea Butter Soaps and African Black Soaps are manufactured in the gorgeous land of Ghana, West Africa

14. Does Naturesbeautibar run test on animals?

Absolutely not !! We will never do such a horrendous thing. We love our furry friends and will never run a test on them.

15. Can i use naturesbeautibar soap on my hair and face?

Absolutely. Our soap ingredients are natural and safe for all skin types and hair. All of our soap bars can be used on the face to provide a thorough yet gentle scrub. Our bars are formulated to fight against acne, assist in the healing of psoriasis and relieve eczema.

16. How long does a bar of soap last?

Our soaps generally last about 2-3 weeks with daily use.The longevity differs between households based on a variety of factors-the amount of lather, the amount of body hair, the frequency of use, and the water type. If you are looking to extend the life of your soap we recommend the following two methods.

1. It’s  best to store your soap in a place that will allow it to dry out between use-We recommend a soap dish

2. After showering,give your soap a little shake before storing it

17. How does naturesbeautibar products differ from commercial soaps and products.

Many brand name "soaps" aren't really soaps at all. If you start looking at the ingredients you will realize they are much more similar to detergents for your laundry or dishes. During the soap making process, a by product is created called glycerin. Large companies, for the sake of mass-production and cost efficiency, will replace glycerin with chemicals Glycerin is worth more than all those chemicals combined, providing sought-after soothing and moisturizing properties that you are looking for in your soap. Here at naturesbeautibar, we make our soaps the old fashioned way by cold processing. The glycerin forms naturally in our soap bars from plant derived oils.This means you are getting a quality product that will help nourish and protect your skin.

3. Do i need a Paypal account to purchase from this store ?

No, PayPal will process payments even if you do not have an account with them.

 

                                              RETURN POLICY 

We currently do not accept returns, please kindly gift any unused products which you are dissatisfied with to friends or family who may want to be part of the naturesbeautibar family. Or perhaps you can do a kind deed and gift it to the homeless .We offer refunds in the form of store credits. At the moment, we do not allow returns due to the nature of our products and to protect our staff from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

 

My Skin Is irritated or i had a slight reaction 

Before fully using any of our products, please perform a small patch test on your arm and leave the product on for 10-24 hours to see if you have a reaction occurs. 

 If a reaction occurs, please discontinue use immediately. 

We do not assume any responsibility for any adverse reactions or irritations.For your safety, please refer to our ingredient list on each product page to ensure an allergen is not present within the product of your choosing. 

 

            MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO YOU, WHAT DO I DO ?

If you type in the wrong address during checkout and your package is returned to us we will charge a $10 reship fee or you can be refunded in the form of store credits for only the items in the shipment not the shipping cost

 

We are not responsible for your package reaching the wrong destination if you type in the wrong address during checkout. We ship only to addresses you provide us. **

 

                        Why won't you refund the shipping cost?

Once your item ships out, the shipping fee is paid directly to USPS and is non-refundable once in transit. Thus not allowing us to refund the fee to you.
